Drei Häuser in Reihe” [three houses in a row]

The three identical houses form a stacked-up row. This arrangement avoids a straight line of sight and makes for spatial tension.
The structure is characterised by the varying height development of the building with two to three-and-a-half storeys; the appearance is characterised by the break-down into two sides to be viewed and their respective design. To the north, the entrance front features only a few window openings and is painted white in full.
To the garden, the façade opens up with lavish glass panes and is faced with wood shingles.
The one-and-a-half storey dwelling unit facing the garden makes full use of the site’s slight slope and the lavish glazing manages to blend interior and exterior in an ideal fashion.
To the south, each top floor features a lavish roof terrace.
